Born in boredom during the quarantine of 2020. Driven by a love for hot sauce, flavor and experimentation, The Limited Batch was birthed. I mean, what else were we going to do?
With nothing better to do during our time locked indoors and no where to go, we began taking a deep dive into the process of Lacto-Fermentation. The more we learned, the more we were intrigued to create something designed by us with our favorite tastes in mind. After a few days of research and development AKA YouTube, we went out to get all the tools and supplies needed to make our own sauce. We did it and loved it...so did everyone else.
All of are sauces are Lacto-Fermented with locally sourced ingredients. Each one special in it's own right and each one limited.
